Update - We're continuing to monitor the issues with Pagos Copilot. Users are able to use Pagos Copilot for limited functionality but are still unable to query and analyze their payments data.

Monitoring - We’re currently experiencing issues affecting our Copilot feature that relies on OpenAI’s ChatGPT service. This external service is presently down, which is causing our chatbot feature to be unavailable for some users.

We are actively monitoring OpenAI’s status and will restore full functionality as soon as their service is back online.
