We're enhancing the infrastructure behind our BIN product, which means new API endpoint domain names and IP addresses for both Production and Sandbox. The new endpoints are live now — you can switch at any time — and the legacy endpoints will retire on September 1, 2026. Please migrate before then to avoid any interruption. Production FQDN: parrot.prod.pagosapi.com -> bin.pagos.ai Sandbox FQDN: parrot.sandbox.pagosapi.com -> bin.sandbox.pagos.ai IP addresses (both environments): Legacy: 75.2.25.63, 99.83.189.213 New: 13.248.157.210, 166.117.218.160 A couple of things to check: if you maintain an IP allowlist, add the new IPs; and note that the BIN Batch response message download URL will also use the new FQDN, so make sure your integration can handle the updated domain.
