External entitlement provider has confirmed that the db have been restored and caches rebuilt.
We are seeing Pagos Dashboard restored and are continuing to monitor before resolving issue

Pagos Dashboard is experiencing issue related to external entitlement provider. External entitlement provider has confirmed they are experiencing a P1 issue and are working on correcting the issue.
